I was on the road at 8:30am. I stopped at Safeway in Lacey and then rode to Olympia. I tried to take an indirect route but I ran into an air force base and I had to take I5.
I bought some snack food in Olympia and then I went on a highway through the forest to Aberdeen.
I reached Aberdeen in the evening and went to Wal-Mart to buy food. I decided to camp in a park called Sam Benn Memorial Park in the middle of town. It was not an ideal place to camp because it was visible from the road but it had started raining and I wasn’t keen on relocating.
I added eggs to my pasta for dinner. It made my meal a lot bigger but it made the pot more difficult to clean.
