Day 47 - 37 miles

I went to the post office and mailed some gear to Alaska.  Then I visited Patrick again and picked up a sleeping bag that I had mailed from Alaska.  Before I left town I went to the grocery store for food.
I headed to the University of Washington campus feeling like I had a fresh start.
I rode through Kirkland, a nice area on Lake Washington.  I rode to the floating bridge that takes you to the university (UW).  I rode on the highway until there was no shoulder and I got onto a free shuttle going across the floating bridge.  The shuttle took me straight to UW.
I went to the Kappa Sigma house at UW and greeted the guys there.  They let me take a shower and hang out for a while.  I ate at EJ’s burger.  I hung around the university district that night and I ended up camping in a park on the edge of the UW campus.
